Abstract

The discussions proposed in this article refer to the main challenge promoting reader autonomy and literary literacy, as it prioritizes peripheral literature in order for the student to add to his critical reading aspects of identity construction, reflect on images of territories and the displacements drawn in the work studied. One of the relevant aspects in conducting the proposed analyzes is the conception that the work is fundamental in the constitution of Carolina as Author, since it appropriated the right to discourse, denouncing the precarious condition of life of several Brazilians and revealing to the world the condition of oppressed.
